This modern west Anatolian piece shows a sand field with four enormous bitonal curled and barbed leaves on a field around a central tall two-palmette medallion, with other palmettes filling in. Light brown border with barbed palmettes and floret sprays. Basic simple bitonal soft palette. New condition. Size makes it versatile, palette goes anywhere.
