This cute SE Persian nomadic scatter features a sapphire indigo ground seven horizontal bands of rosettes, Maltese crosses, angular cloud bands and a faceted, undulating vine segment. There could be reassembled into a viable border, but here a double frame employs identical cream and green reciprocal strips with reversing fan palmettes. Soft red accents. Slightly mellow natural dye palette. Wool foundation, good condition.
